WE'RE SO GLAD

YOU'RE HERE

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be just as nerve-racking.

We want to help make your first experience at MCBC a great one!

WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT TO EXPECT
HOW LONG IS AN MCBC SERVICE?

A typical service at MCBC is 75mins long. We usually start with a welcome and prayer, and then the band singing a few songs. One of the staff will share some notices and church care (you can get a chocolate bar if it's your birthday that week too), and then one of our pastors will share a message.

Most services wrap up with a couple of final songs, and every month we have communion.

You're invited to stick around in the foyer afterwards to chat, grab a cup of coffee, or head out whenever you'd like. The info desk is there if you need any extra info.

WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT MCBC?

At MCBC we are all about Real People & Real Life which means you can come exactly as you are. Dressing casual is totally normal, but if you like to dress up more that's cool, too.

We have people from all ethnicities and across all generations, and we believe we are are called by Jesus to live In Community and On Mission.

KIDS

KIDS

Kids and families are a huge part of MCBC, and that's why we provide age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a fun and relevant way.

MEGA is our children's ministry for under 1's (and walking) through to year 6 at school. As a multi-generational church we believe that it's important to be all together at different times so on a Sunday we start the service all together and then just before the message, the kids and intermediates (11-13yrs) are let out to their programmes. Your kids will have fun playing games, doing crafts, and learning about Jesus in an interactive and safe environment with a team of dedicated volunteers.

Our chapel is available for parents with babies or younger ones. It has toys, a nursing station and live feed so you can still be part of the service.
